Geographic proximity en preferred areas:

• Exact area match: Lead prefers "Eixample, Barcelona" → Property in "Eixample" = 25 points
• City match: Lead prefers "Barcelona" → Property in "Barcelona" (andere wijk) = 15 points
• Radius match: Lead accepts "within 10km" → Property 7km away = 10 points

Price range matching (20% weging)

Price compatibility met lead budget:

Score bereik en betekenis

Match scores worden berekend op schaal van 0-100:
