Stap 1: Definieer construction milestones
Open je Project → Timeline tab → Add Milestones
Standaard residential milestones:

Voor elk milestone vul je in:
- Name: Bijv. "Foundation Complete"
- Target Date: Wanneer verwacht je dit milestone?
- Progress Weight: Hoeveel % van totaal project (25%)
- Description: Wat gebeurt er in deze fase?

Stap 2: Milestone update met foto's
Wanneer een milestone bereikt is:
- Open Project → Timeline → Klik op milestone
- Mark as Complete
- Update Actual Completion Date
- Upload 5-10 photos van de werk:
- Wide shots (overall site)
- Detail shots (foundation work, rebar, etc.)
- Progress comparison (before/after)
- Team at work (optional, adds human touch)
- Add Update niete:
Foundation Complete! All 72 unit foundations have been poured and cured. Concrete strength tests passed with excellent results. We're now 2 days ahead of schedule. Next milestone: Structure Complete (Expected: October 2024)
- Choose nietification option:
- Email all buyers immediately
- Add to monthly newsletter
- Post to client portal only

Stap 3: Overall progress percentage updaten
Tesoro berekent automatisch overall progress based on milestone weights:
Foundation (25%) + Structure (50%) = 75% complete
Maar je kunt ook manual adjustments maken voor tussen-milestones:
- Project → Progress → Manual Update
- Vul current % in (bijv. 55% - halfway door Structure phase)
- Add niete: "Structure work 50% complete - Building A walls finished"
- Optioneel: Upload progress photos
- Klik Save Update
Progress Dashboard toont:
- Overall: 55% complete
- On Schedule: Yes (green indicator)
- Days Ahead/Behind: +2 days ahead
- Next Milestone: Structure Complete (Oct 2024)
- Timeline: 10 of 18 months elapsed

Automatische updates instellen
Automateer progress communications om tijd te besparen:
Monthly Progress Emails:
- Project → Settings → Automations
- Enable "Monthly Progress Report"
- Choose day (bijv. 1st of month)
- Tesoro stuurt automatisch:
- Overall progress %
- Milestones completed this month
- Recent photos (last 10 uploaded)
- Next milestone date
- Contact info for questions
Milestone Completion Alerts:
- Enable "Auto-nietify on milestone complete"
- Buyers krijgen meteen email wanneer je milestone markeert als done

Photo Upload nietifications:
- Enable "Weekly photo digest"

Great news! Update je completion date naar eerder en nietify buyers. Dit verhoogt confidence en kan zelfs helpen om remaining units sneller te verkopen ("Ready 2 months early!").
