Het Tesoro Client Portal geeft buyers self-service toegang tot hun project informatie zonder dat ze contact met jou hoeven opnemen. Dit verhoogt buyer satisfaction en reduceert "status update" vragen.
Wat buyers kunnen zien:

Stap 1: Portal activeren voor project
- Open Project → Settings → Client Portal
- Toggle Enable Portal ON
- Kies wat buyers kunnen zien:
- ✅ Construction progress (percentage + milestones)
- ✅ Photo galleries
- ✅ Unit details
- ✅ Project amenities
- ✅ Timeline
- ❌ Financial info (pricing, costs) - Usually OFF for privacy
- Klik Save Settings

Stap 2: Buyers uitnodigen via deal
Automatisch: Wanneer je een deal maakt voor een unit in het project:
- Open de Deal voor een buyer
- Als deal status → Contract Signed of later
- Klik Send Portal Invite
- Buyer ontvangt email:

Veelgestelde Vragen
Kunnen buyers alle units zien of alleen hun eigen?
Buyers zien alleen hun eigen unit details. Ze zien wel overall project progress en shared amenities, maar geen pricing/details van andere units (privacy).
Kan ik portal toegang intrekken?
Ja. Open Deal → Client Portal → Revoke Access. Dit is handig als deal cancelled wordt. Buyer kan niet meer inloggen maar data blijft in systeem voor jou.
