Billing en payment problemen oplossen

Los problemen op met betalingen, facturen, subscription updates en billing errors.

Payment failures oplossen

❌ Payment failed: "Card declined"

Mogelijke oorzaken:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired
  • Card blocked by bank (fraud protection)
  • Wrong CVV/security code
  • International payment blocked

Oplossingen:

  1. Check card balance
  2. Verify card expiry date
  3. Contact bank om international payments te enablen
  4. Try andere payment method
  5. Update payment method in Settings → Billing

❌ Payment failed: "3D Secure verification failed"

Oplossing:

  1. Check je phone for bank SMS verification
  2. Retry payment en confirm SMS code
  3. If no SMS: Contact bank to enable 3D Secure

Retry failed payment:

  1. Settings → Billing → Retry Payment
  2. OR: Update payment method → Auto-retry

Subscription management

Update payment method:

  1. Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click Add New Card
  3. Enter card details (encrypted secure)
  4. Set as default
  5. Remove old card (optioneel)

Change subscription plan:

  1. Settings → Billing → Plan
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select nieuwe plan (upgrade/downgrade)
  4. Preview price change
  5. Confirm change

Prorated billing:

  • Upgrade: Je betaalt verschil pro-rata (meteen)
  • Downgrade: Credit toegepast op next invoice

Cancel subscription:

  1. Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  2. Select cancellation reason (feedback)
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access blijft tot end of billing period

niete: Data blijft 30 dagen na cancellation, daarna permanent deleted.

Invoices en receipts

Download invoices:

  1. Settings → Billing → Invoices
  2. View all past invoices (12 months)
  3. Click Download PDF

Update billing info (voor facturen):

  1. Settings → Billing → Billing Information
  2. Update:
    • Company name
    • VAT number
    • Billing address
    • Email for invoices
  3. Click Save
  4. Changes apply to next invoice

Request invoice correction:

Email [email protected] with:

  • Invoice number
  • What needs correction
  • Correct information

We issue corrected invoice binnen 48 uur.
