Fotocasa velden mapping
Tesoro maakt automatisch een mapping van property velden naar Fotocasa's verwachte XML formaat.
Verplichte velden (required):

Best practices voor Fotocasa listings
Problemen oplossen
Veelvoorkomende problemen:
Properties verschijnen niet op Fotocasa:
- Check of property status = 'Available'
- Verifieer dat alle verplichte velden zijn ingevuld (prijs, adres, postcode, minimaal 1 foto)
- Controleer of 'Sync to Fotocasa' is enabled bij de property
- Bekijk sync errors in Settings → Integrations → Fotocasa → Sync Logs
Sync errors 'Missing required field':
- Open de property in Tesoro
- Vul het ontbrekende veld in (foutmelding geeft aan welk veld)
- Klik Save
- Forceer handmatige sync via Sync to Portals
Foto's worden niet getoond:
- Check dat foto's minimaal 800x600px zijn
- Maximaal 40 foto's per property
- Ondersteunde formaten: JPG, PNG
- Maximale bestandsgrootte: 10MB per foto
Prijswijzigingen worden niet gesynchroniseerd:
- Wacht tot volgende sync cycle (max 1 uur)
- Of forceer handmatige sync
- Check of Fotocasa rate limit is bereikt (max 1000 requests/uur)
Veelgestelde Vragen
Kan ik properties selectief publiceren naar Fotocasa?
Ja, bij elke property is een 'Sync to Fotocasa' toggle. Je kunt ook filters instellen (bijv. alleen properties boven €200,000 of specifieke property types).
Worden leads van Fotocasa automatisch geïmporteerd in Tesoro?
Nee, de huidige integratie is één richting (Tesoro → Fotocasa). Lead import is een toekomstige feature. Je kunt wel handmatig leads van Fotocasa toevoegen in Tesoro.
Hoeveel kost de Fotocasa integratie?
De integratie is gratis in Tesoro. Je hebt wel een actief Fotocasa Professional abonnement nodig (prijzen variëren van €150-€500/maand afhankelijk van aantal listings).
