These terms and conditions govern your use of Tesoro CRM services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tesoro CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Service Description
Tesoro CRM provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform for real estate professionals, including:
- check_circle Contact and lead management
- check_circle Property management and matching
- check_circle Deal pipeline and workflow automation
- check_circle Email and calendar integrations
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tesoro CRM to:
- cancel Violate any laws or regulations
- cancel Infringe on intellectual property rights
- cancel Transmit malicious code or viruses
- cancel Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- cancel Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
Payment Terms
Tesoro CRM is offered on a subscription basis at €99 per month per office (up to 10 users).
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these terms.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required to start the trial.
At the end of the trial period, your account will be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
Data Ownership and Export
You retain all rights to the data you input into Tesoro CRM. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, contacts, or properties.
You may export your data at any time in CSV or JSON format.
Limitation of Liability
Tesoro CRM is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tesoro CRM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
