Feedback tracking
Track all feedback: pending (viewed), interesting (wants to visit), rejected (not interesting + reason why). Visible in real-time in CRM.

Feedback tracking
Full transparency in customer interest: see when customers open properties (pending lane), which they find interesting with viewing request (interesting lane), and which are not interesting including reason why (rejected).
