Using Tesoro on Mobile

Discover how to use Tesoro CRM on the go on your smartphone or tablet for maximum flexibility.

As an agent you're often on the go - viewings, meetings, events. Tesoro is fully optimized for mobile use so you always have access to your deals, contacts and properties.

Important: Tesoro is a Progressive Web App (PWA). This means you don't need to download an app - just use your browser!

Accessing Mobile Version

First Time Opening

  1. Open your mobile browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android)
  2. Go to app.tesorohq.io
  3. Log in with your credentials
  4. The mobile-optimized interface loads automatically

Install as PWA (optional)

iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open Tesoro in Safari
  2. Tap the Share icon (square with arrow up)
  3. Scroll and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Choose a name (e.g. "Tesoro CRM")
  5. Tap Add

Android:

  1. Open Tesoro in Chrome
  2. Tap the three dots menu
  3. Tap "Add to Home screen"
  4. Confirm

Benefit of installing: Tesoro gets its own app icon, opens full-screen without browser UI, and works faster.

  • Swipe horizontally through KPI cards
  • Tap a KPI to go to the module
  • Pull-to-refresh for latest data
  • Compact layout for small screens

Quick Actions

  • Floating + button bottom right
  • Tap for: New Contact, Lead, Deal, Task, niete
  • Voice-to-text support for quick niete entries

Kanban Board

  • Horizontal scroll through deal stages
  • Tap-and-hold to move deal
  • Pinch-to-zoom for overview
  • Collapsed view shows only essentials

Contact & Deal Cards

  • Tap for quick view
  • Swipe left for actions (Edit, Delete, Archive)
  • Swipe right for communication (Call, Email, WhatsApp)
  • Long press for context menu

Property Viewing

  • Photo gallery with swipe navigation
  • Pinch-to-zoom on floor plans
  • Tap-to-call agent directly from listing
  • Share properties via native share sheet

Offline Support

  • Recent data cached locally
  • View contacts/deals without internet
  • Changes sync automatically when online
  • Indicator shows sync status

Pro Tips for Mobile Use

Common Mobile Scenarios

Scenario 1: At Viewing

  1. Open the deal on your phone
  2. Tap Properties tab to see listing details
  3. Show photo gallery to client
  4. After viewing: tap notes, voice-record your impression
  5. Update deal stage to "Viewed"

Scenario 2: New Lead at Event

  1. Tap floating + button
  2. Tap "New Contact"
  3. Scan business card with camera (auto-fill OCR)
  4. Add quick niete about where you met them
  5. Tap "Create Deal" directly from contact

Scenario 3: Client Calls During Lunch

  1. Call comes in, caller ID shows Tesoro contact info
  2. After call: nietification "Log call?"
  3. Tap yes, speak summary with voice-to-text
  4. Auto-saved in contact timeline

Scenario 4: Share Property Info

  1. Open property
  2. Tap Share icon
  3. Choose WhatsApp, Email, or SMS
  4. Preview shows beautiful property card
  5. Send directly from Tesoro
