Property type filter

• Apartment, House, Villa, Land, Commercial, Industrial
• Multi-select (select multiple types)
• Quick buttons for common types

Location filters

• City: Dropdown with all cities in database
• Area/Neighborhood: Specific neighborhoods
• Postal code: Text input for postal codes
• Radius search: "Within X km of location"

Price range

• Min price slider
• Max price slider
• Price per m² option
• Quick presets (€0-200k, €200-400k, €400k+)

Size filters

• Bedrooms: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5+ (multi-select)
• Bathrooms: 1, 2, 3+ (multi-select)
• Totale oppervlakte: Min/max m² range
• Perceelgrootte: For houses with land

Amenities and features

Filter on specific property features:

• Outdoor: Pool, Garden, Terrace, Balcony, Patio
• Parking: Garage, Open parking, Carport
• Building: Elevator, Storage room, Basement
• Systems: AC, Heating, Solar panels
• Furnishing: Furnished, Semi-furnished, Unfurnished
• Views: Sea view, Mountain view, City view

All feature filters are multi-select (e.g., "Pool OR Garden").

Status and availability

• Status: Active, Inactive, Sold, Rented, Draft
• MLS status: Published, niet published, Pending
• Availability: Immediate, 1-3 months, 3-6 months

Property condition

• New construction
• Excellent condition
• Good condition
• Needs renovation
• Off-plan (yet to be built)

Owner and agent filters

• Owned by: Filter on property owner
• Assigned to: Filter on assigned agent
• Created by: Who added property
• Project: Properties in specific project

Creating saved searches

Save frequently used search criteria:

1. Configure filters (type, location, price, etc.)
2. Click 'Save Search' button
3. Name search (e.g., "Barcelona 3-bed under 400k")
4. Enable 'nietify me of new matches' (optional)
5. Save

Saved searches appear in sidebar for quick access.

Search alerts

Get nietified when new properties match your criteria:

• Email alerts: Daily digest of new matches
• In-app nietifications: Real-time badge when new property added
• SMS alerts: For urgent/high-priority searches (optional)

Configure alert frequency in Settings → nietifications.

Sharing saved searches

Share search with teamlids or clients:

• Open saved search
• Click 'Share' button
• Select:
  • Team members (internal sharing)
  • Client portal users (for buyers)
  • Public link (generate shareable URL)
• Recipients see live results

Use case: Share "Beachfront villas Costa del Sol" search with international buyer via public link.

Map-based search

Visual property search with interactive map:

1. Click 'Map View' in property list
2. Mapbox shows all properties as markers
3. Zoom in/out for area selection
4. Draw polygon tool:
   • Click 'Draw Area'
   • Click on map to define area
   • All properties within area are shown
5. Filters remain active (price, type, etc.)

Use case: Client searches "anywhere along beach in Marbella" → draw coastal area, filter results.

Exporting search results

Export filtered properties for offline use:

• CSV export: Spreadsheet with all property data
• PDF report: Formatted property brochures
• Email list: Contact owners/agents in bulk
• Portal XML: Export for custom portal integration

Export options in property list → 'Export' dropdown.

Bulk actions on search results

Perform actions on filtered properties:

• Select all (or select specific properties)
• Batch update status
• Batch price adjustment
• Assign to agent
• Add to project
• Publish to portals
