Frequently Asked Questions

chevron_right Can buyers directly book appointments via the portal?
Buyers can submit viewing requests via portal, but finalization requires agent approval. Workflow: 1) Buyer clicks 'Request Viewing', 2) Selects preferred date/times, 3) Request goes to assigned agent, 4) Agent approves/modifies and sends confirmation. You can also enable direct calendar booking (Settings → Portal → Allow Direct Booking) for fully automated scheduling.
chevron_right Can I create different portals for different buyer segments?
You have one main portal but can achieve segmentation via: 1) Access levels - Full access users see all properties, Limited users only selected ones, 2) Collections - Create themed collections per segment ("Luxury", "Investment", "First-time buyers"), 3) Custom landing pages - Generate custom URLs with pre-filtered views (apartments only, €200k-400k only, etc.). For complete separate branding contact support for multi-portal setup.
