The Tesoro Client Portal gives buyers self-service access to their project information without having to contact you. This increases buyer satisfaction and reduces "status update" questions.
What buyers can see:
- Construction progress percentage and milestones
- Photo galleries of construction site
- Their specific unit details and floor plan
- Timeline and expected completion date
- Project amenities and features
- Contact info for questions
Give Buyers Access to Client Portal

Step 1: Enable Portal for Project
- Open Project → Settings → Client Portal
- Toggle Enable Portal ON
- Choose what buyers can see:
- ✅ Construction progress (percentage + milestones)
- ✅ Photo galleries
- ✅ Unit details
- ✅ Project amenities
- ✅ Timeline
- ❌ Financial info (pricing, costs) - Usually OFF for privacy
- Click Save Settings
Portal is now active for this project!

Step 2: Invite Buyers via Deal
Automatically: When you create a deal for a unit in the project:
- Open the Deal for a buyer
- When deal status → Contract Signed or later
- Click Send Portal Invite
- Buyer receives email:

- Location and neighborhood

- Overall construction progress (55% complete)

- Features (Balcony, Smart home, Sea view)
- Floor plan (interactive PDF)

Frequently Asked Questions
Can buyers see all units or only their own?
Buyers see only their own unit details. They see overall project progress and shared amenities, but no pricing/details of other units (privacy).
Can I revoke portal access?
Yes. Open Deal → Client Portal → Revoke Access. This is useful if deal is cancelled. Buyer can no longer log in but data remains in system for you.
