Troubleshooting Mobile App Issues

❌ Problem: App doesn't sync with web version

Diagnosis:

1. Check internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)
2. Check last sync time (pull down to refresh)
3. Verify logged in same account

Solution:

1. Pull down to force refresh
2. Check Settings → Sync → Enable background sync
3. Log out + log in again
4. Reinstall app (nuclear option)

❌ Problem: App crashes when opening

Solutions:

1. Force close app:
   • iOS: Swipe up from bottom, swipe app away
   • Android: Settings → Apps → Tesoro → Force Stop
2. Wis app cache:
   • iOS: Reinstall app (iOS doesn't have cache clear)
   • Android: Settings → Apps → Tesoro → Clear Cache
3. Update app: Check App Store/Play Store for updates
4. Herstart telefoon: Sometimes fixes everything

❌ Problem: nietifications don't work

Check settings:

1. iOS: Settings → nietifications → Tesoro → Allow nietifications
2. Android: Settings → Apps → Tesoro → nietifications → ON
3. In app: Profile → Settings → Enable push nietifications
4. Do niet Disturb: Check niet active

App is slow:

1. Sluit achtergrond apps: Maak geheugen vrij
2. Wis app cache: (Android only, iOS needs reinstall)
3. Update app: Laatste versie is sneller
4. Herstart telefoon: Verse start helpt
5. Controleer opslag: Phone needs 1GB+ free space

Battery drain:

Tesoro uses minimal battery, but if draining:

1. Settings → Sync → Disable "Continuous sync" (use manual refresh)
2. Disable location services for Tesoro (if niet needed)
3. Enable battery saver mode

Mobile data usage:

Reduce data usage:

• Settings → Sync → Wi-Fi only
• Settings → Media → Don't auto-download images
• Limit synced date range (last 30 days instead of all)
