Solve Login Problems

❌ Problem: "Email or password incorrect"

Solutions:

  1. Check Caps Lock is OFF
  2. Verify email spelling (common: .com vs .nl)
  3. Try copy-paste password (no spaces!)
  4. Use "Forgot Password" if unsure

❌ Problem: Password reset email niet received

Check:

  1. Spam folder: Look for email from [email protected]
  2. Correct email: Use exact email from your account
  3. Wait 5 min: Email may be delayed
  4. Try again: Click "Resend" link

❌ Problem: Account locked "Too many login attempts"

Solution:

  • Wait 15 minutes: Account unlocks automatically
  • OR: Use password reset to log in immediately
  • Contact support: If urgent (sales call!)

Password Management

Reset password:

  1. Login page → Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check email for reset link (valid 1 hour)
  4. Click link, enter new password (min 8 characters)
  5. Login with new password

Password requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 number
  • Optional: Special character (!@#$%)

Change password (preventive):

  1. Settings → Account → Change Password
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password (2x)
  4. Click Save
