Property Field Mapping
Tesoro automatically creates a mapping of property fields to Idealista's expected format.
Automatically mapped fields:

Synchronization Behavior
Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Monitoring sync status:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Idealista
- View Sync Status Dashboard:
- Last Sync: Time of last synchronization
- Properties Synced: Number of synced properties
- Errors: Any sync errors
- Pending Updates: Changes yet to be synchronized
- Click Sync Logs for detailed history
Resolving common issues:
Properties don't appear on Idealista:
- Check if property status = 'Available'
- Verify that all required fields are filled (price, address, photos)
- Check filter settings in Tesoro integration
- Wait for next sync cycle (max 1 hour)
Photos are niet synchronized:
- Ensure photos are at least 800x600px
- Maximum 50 photos per property
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG
- Maximum file size: 10MB per photo
Sync errors in dashboard:
- Click on error message for details
- Common errors:
- Missing required field: Fill in missing field
- Invalid API credentials: Refresh Idealista API key
- Rate limit exceeded: Wait 1 hour, sync resumes automatically
Force manual sync:
If you don't want to wait for automatic sync:
- Go to property detail page
- Click Sync to Portals button
- Select Idealista
- Click Sync Now
Frequently Asked Questions
How often are properties synchronized to Idealista?
Hourly by default. You can adjust the frequency to 30 minutes, 2 hours, or 4 hours in the integration settings.
Can I exclude specific properties from Idealista sync?
Yes, each property has a 'Sync to Idealista' toggle. Turn this off to exclude a property from syncing.
Are changes to properties in Idealista also synced back to Tesoro?
No, the synchronization is one-way (Tesoro → Idealista). Tesoro is the single source of truth. Changes in Idealista are overwritten on the next sync.
Are there costs associated with the Idealista integration?
The integration itself is free in Tesoro. You do need an active Idealista Professional subscription (costs vary depending on number of listings).
