Troubleshooting
Common issues:
Events are niet synchronized:
- Check if Google Calendar connection is active (green status)
- Verify sync frequency setting (lower to 5 min for faster sync)
- Click Force Sync for manual synchronization
- Check sync logs for errors
Duplicate events in Google Calendar:
- This can happen during initial sync
- Delete duplicates manually in Google Calendar
- Tesoro detects after deletion that event already exists
- Use Deduplicate Calendar tool in Tesoro settings
Changes in Google Calendar don't appear in Tesoro:
- Verify that two-way sync is enabled
- Check if change was made in the correct calendar (Primary or Tesoro calendar)
- Wait for next sync cycle (max 15 min with default settings)
'Permission denied' error:
- OAuth token is expired or revoked
- Click Reconnect Google Calendar
- Go through OAuth flow again
- Verify all permissions
Viewings don't appear in Google Calendar:
- Check if 'Property viewings' is enabled in event types
- Verify that viewing is correctly scheduled in Tesoro (status = Scheduled)
- Check sync status in viewing detail

Only events from the selected calendar (Primary or specific Tesoro calendar) are synchronized. You can choose which calendar to use during setup.
Can I connect multiple Google Calendars?
Yes, you can connect multiple Google accounts. Each agent can connect their own Google Calendar for personal scheduling.
What happens if I delete an event in Google Calendar?
With two-way sync enabled: event is also deleted in Tesoro on next sync. The viewing/meeting is marked as 'Cancelled' in Tesoro.
