Using email templates:

Save time with reusable email templates:

1. Go to Settings → Email Templates
2. Click + New Template
3. Fill in:
   • Template Name: Descriptive name
   • Subject: Subject (can contain variables)
   • Body: Email content with variables (e.g., {{contact.firstName}})
4. Use variables for personalization:
   • {{contact.firstName}} - First name
   • {{contact.lastName}} - Last name
   • {{property.address}} - Property address
   • {{deal.value}} - Deal value
5. Click Save Template

Email scheduling:

Schedule emails for optimal timing:

• Click Schedule in compose window
• Select date and time
• Email is automatically sent at chosen time
• You can view/cancel scheduled emails in Scheduled Emails overview

Bulk emailing:

1. Select multiple contacts in list
2. Click Bulk Actions → Send Email
3. Choose a template (recommended for consistency)
4. Personalization variables are automatically filled per contact
5. Click Send to All

Email tracking insights:

View detailed email statistics:

• Open Rate: Percentage of emails opened
• Click Rate: Percentage of links clicked
• Reply Rate: Percentage of emails with reply
• Best Time to Send: AI analyzes best sending time per contact

Common issues:

'Authorization failed' error during OAuth:

• Check if you selected the correct Google account
• Verify that you clicked 'Allow' (niet 'Deny')
• Try again in incognito mode
• Clear browser cookies and cache
• Use a different browser

Emails are niet being sent:

• Check if Gmail account status = 'Connected' (green)
• Click Reconnect to refresh OAuth token
• Verify that Gmail account is niet full (storage limit)
• Check if Gmail account is niet blocked by Google

Emails don't appear in Tesoro:

• Check if Auto-Sync is enabled
• Lower Sync Frequency to 1 minute for faster sync
• Click Sync Now for manual sync
• Check sync errors in Sync Logs

OAuth token expired:

• Tokens expire after 7 days of inactivity
• Click Reconnect Gmail to refresh token
• Go through OAuth flow again
• Enable Auto-Refresh Tokens to activate automatic renewal

Google Workspace admin blocking:

• Contact your Google Workspace admin
• Request to add Tesoro CRM to whitelist
• Admin must enable API access in Google Admin Console
