Fotocasa Field Mapping
Tesoro automatically creates a mapping of property fields to Fotocasa's expected XML format.
Required fields:

Troubleshooting
Common issues:
Properties don't appear on Fotocasa:
- Check if property status = 'Available'
- Verify that all required fields are filled (price, address, postal code, at least 1 photo)
- Check if 'Sync to Fotocasa' is enabled for the property
- View sync errors in Settings → Integrations → Fotocasa → Sync Logs
Sync errors 'Missing required field':
- Open the property in Tesoro
- Fill in the missing field (error message indicates which field)
- Click Save
- Force manual sync via Sync to Portals
Photos are niet displayed:
- Check that photos are at least 800x600px
- Maximum 40 photos per property
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG
- Maximum file size: 10MB per photo
Price changes are niet synchronized:
- Wait for next sync cycle (max 1 hour)
- Or force manual sync
- Check if Fotocasa rate limit is reached (max 1000 requests/hour)
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I selectively publish properties to Fotocasa?
Yes, each property has a 'Sync to Fotocasa' toggle. You can also set filters (e.g., only properties above €200,000 or specific property types).
Are leads from Fotocasa automatically imported into Tesoro?
No, the current integration is one-way (Tesoro → Fotocasa). Lead import is a future feature. You can manually add leads from Fotocasa in Tesoro.
How much does the Fotocasa integration cost?
The integration is free in Tesoro. You do need an active Fotocasa Professional subscription (prices range from €150-€500/month depending on number of listings).
