The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into Tesoro CRM. It's designed as your central control center - one place where you immediately see what's happening in your business, where your attention is needed, and how you're performing.
This guide explains how to read, interpret and use the dashboard to make better decisions.
The dashboard consists of several sections that each serve a specific purpose:
The large numbers at the top show your key metrics:
The green/red percentages show if you're performing better or worse than last month.
Top right you can select the period:
All data on the dashboard adjusts based on your selection.
Important nietifications that need your attention:
Visual representation of your deals per stage with total value. Click on a stage to go directly to the Kanban board.
Chronological list of latest activities in your CRM:
If you manage a team, you see here:
You can customize the dashboard to your work style:
Click the gear icon in the top right to choose which sections you want to see. Hide widgets you don't use to maintain focus.
Drag widgets to reorder them. Put the most important metrics at the top where you see them immediately.
In Settings you can set the default time range. Many users choose 'This Month' because that's the most relevant period for daily work.
Determine which alerts you want to see:
Go to Settings → nietifications to set these up.

Each KPI card is clickable and takes you to the relevant module:
For each alert you can take immediate action:
At the top of the dashboard you'll find the global search. Type a name, address or reference number and jump directly to the right record.
