Creating Tasks for Contacts

What are Tasks?

Tasks are to-do items linked to contacts:

  • Follow-up call
  • Send documents
  • Schedule viewing
  • Check-in with client
  • Update information

Creating a Task

  1. Open a contact
  2. Go to Tasks tab
  3. Click + Create Task
  4. Fill in:
    • Title: Short description
    • Description: Detailed information
    • Due date: Deadline
    • Priority: High, Medium, Low
    • Assigned to: Responsible teamlid
    • Reminder: When to send nietification
  5. Click Save

Task Statuses

  • Open: niet yet started
  • In Progress: Working on it
  • Completed: Finished
  • Cancelled: No longer relevant

Reminders and nietifications

Reminder Options

Set reminders for tasks:

  • No reminder: No automatic nietification
  • At due time: At exact deadline
  • 15 min before: 15 minutes in advance
  • 1 hour before: 1 hour in advance
  • 1 day before: Day in advance
  • Custom: Choose your own time

nietification Types

  • In-app nietification: Badge in Tesoro (always)
  • Email nietification: Email reminder (optional)
  • SMS nietification: SMS reminder (optional)

Managing nietifications

Go to Settings > nietifications to configure:

  • Which nietifications you want to receive
  • Via which channel (in-app, email, SMS)
  • nietification times

Yes, select the teamlid in the 'Assigned to' field when creating the task. They'll automatically receive a nietification.

Go to the Tasks module in the main menu. There you see all tasks filtered by: Today, This Week, Overdue, Completed. You can also filter by priority and assigned to.
