Adding notes to Contacts

Why Use notes?

notes document important information about contacts:

  • Conversation summaries
  • Client preferences
  • Appointment details
  • Follow-up actions
  • Important dates

Adding a niete

  1. Open a contact
  2. Go to notes tab
  3. Click + Add niete
  4. Type your niete (rich text editor available)
  5. Tag teamlids with @mention
  6. Click Save

Rich Text Features:

  • Bold, italic, underline
  • Bullet lists, numbered lists
  • Insert links
  • @mentions for teamlids

Viewing Activity History

What is Tracked?

Tesoro automatically tracks all activities:

Contact Changes:

  • Contact created
  • Contact updated (with field changes)
  • Status changed
  • Tags added/removed
  • Owner changed

Communicatie:

  • Emails sent/received
  • SMS messages
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Phone calls made/received

Activities:

  • Tasks created/completed
  • Meetings scheduled/completed
  • notes added
  • Comments added

Relationships:

  • Deals linked/unlinked
  • Properties assigned/removed
  • Files uploaded

Viewing Activity Timeline

  1. Open a contact
  2. Go to Activity tab
  3. See chronological timeline of all events
  4. Filter by type: Emails, Calls, notes, etc.
  5. Filter by date range

By default, notes are visible to all teamlids. You can mark a niete as 'Private' to make it visible only to yourself.
chevron_right Can I edit notes after they're saved?
Yes, click on a niete and then on the edit icon. Changes are tracked in the niete history, so you can see who changed what.
