Contacts are the core of your CRM. Whether it's potential buyers, sellers, or partners - correctly adding and managing contacts is essential for your success.

Steps to Add a Contact

Navigate to Contacts

Click on Contacts in the main menu. You'll now see an overview of all your existing contacts.

Click 'New Contact'

In the top right, you'll see a blue button with + New Contact. Click it to open the form.

Fill in Basic Information

Fill in at least the following fields:

  • First Name (required)
  • Last Name (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Phone Number (optional but recommended)
  • Type: Buyer, Seller, or Partner
