Account Registration Complete Step-by-Step Guide

Learn how to create your Tesoro CRM account in 5 minutes and be ready to start with your first deals.

What you need

The Registration Process

Step 1: Personal Information

Go to app.tesorohq.io/register and fill in:

  • First name: Your first name
  • Last name: Your last name
  • Email: Your business email address

Tip: Use your business email - you canniet change this later without support help.

Click 'Next' to continue.

Step 2: Choose Your Role

Enter your job title, for example:

  • Real Estate Agent
  • Property Manager
  • CEO / Director
  • Administrator
  • Sales Representative

Why this matters: Tesoro adapts the interface based on your role and shows relevant features.

Step 3: Company Information

Enter your company name. This name:

  • Is used in communication with clients
  • Appears in the client portal
  • Is shown on documents and reports

Tip: You can change this later in Settings if needed.

Step 4: Email Verification

You'll immediately receive an email with a 6-digit verification code.

Entering the code:

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder!)
  2. Email subject: 'Account registration at Tesoro'
  3. Copy the 6-digit code
  4. Enter it on the verification screen
  5. Click 'Verify'

No email received? Wait 2-3 minutes and then click 'Resend code'.

Step 5: Set Password

Password requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • At least 1 number (0-9)

Safe examples:

  • TesoroStart2025!
  • MyHouse#123
  • RealEstate@Pro
  • password123 (too weak)

Enter your password twice and click 'Register'.

Congratulations!

Common Issues

No verification code received?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait 2-3 minutes (emails can be delayed)
  3. Click 'Resend code'
  4. Verify your email address is spelled correctly

Password doesn't meet requirements?

Make sure your password contains all required characters. Use a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers AND special characters.

Registration button niet responding?

This happens when niet all fields are filled correctly. Check if:

  • All required fields (*) are filled in
  • Your email address is valid
  • Both passwords are identical
